Frequently Asked Questions

Why don't I just send out the SMS messages myself?

You can - this service isn't for everyone. We built this for busy agents who don't have the time to keep on top of hundreds of leads at a time. Our clients are typically agents who want to use automation to keep being top of mind, to be organized and be significantly more efficient with their time.

Won't this annoy my old leads?

Not if we do it right. Our scripts are designed to be helpful, not pushy. We use natural language that reads like you just typed it yourself rather than the typical template style which reads more like spam.

Do I need any technical skills?

No. That's why we do it for you. We set up the entire workflow, test it, and hand you the keys. You don't need to touch the backend.

What if my leads are really old (1+ years)?

Even 1-year-old leads often have life changes (divorce, job change, new baby) that make them ready to move again. We start with the 3+ month mark, but the system works on older data too.

What's the process?

We typically like to start off with an Introductory Call where we can better understand your situation and goals. From there, we ask you to send over your list of dormant leads. We sort out a strategy and build the automation and once ready, we check you're happy with everything before we go live.

I don't have a CRM

That's fine - we can work with a Google Sheet file, an Excel spreadsheet or CSV file.

How many dormant leads do I need to have?

When automating a process like this, we often find the more leads we can work with the better. We normally require a minimum of 500 leads.

What number will the SMS be sent from?

We can set up SMS to be sent from your personal or work mobile number, however we recommend using a new number which you can purchase yourself or we can buy one for you - they can be bought for about $2.
